Is this fly to be determined on the basis of the photos?
Location: Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia, garden in Krefeld-Uerdingen, size approx. 8 mm Date: 06.06.2019

Thoracic pattern appears wrong for Macronychia - I think perhaps a Metopia female
