Can this one be identified? Photographed in Den Haag, Zuid-Holland, The Netherlands on 23 April 2019

Any Oaks around ?
Carcelia iliaca, parasitoid of Thaumetopoea processioneae.

Interesting! No Oaks that I am aware of actually. So I don't think there are many. But maybe I just haven't looked well enough. In the wider surroundings of course there are Oaks.
