I think it is something like Linnaemyia too (very big and with very hairy eyes) but it would be useful to see the head from a lateral angle. :)

Wing venation definitely supports Linnaemyia.
Most likely L. tessellans.

Tachinidae begins to be my favorite fly with Syrphidae.
