Looks like Tachinidae.

Certainly a tachinid and with those very clear dusting bands it might be possible for Theo to say something - but would be nice to see the head and wings clearer.

It is small fly - about 4mm?
I think I collected such a Tachinid in late October in Sochi region -
Peribaea tibialis?

No photo is useless. Delete the thread :p

What happened to the photo? Did jokin delete the file? :( Also, shows that any title like "id please" ... or just "fly" (on a diptera-only forum!) isn't a good way to attract experts to look at the photo. All photos can have a better description - even "calyptrate fly" would be more descriptive.

We will have a lot of useless threads in this forum in the future since many doesn't attach the photos, just link from external sources.

Well, you didn't change the title, yet I found the pic.
First impression was that of Siphonini, but on second thoughts, the third antennal segment is too elongate.
So my money would be, very preliminary, on some Blondellini, like Arrhinomyia ???
