Hi everybody,
This fly I found on the leafs of Leonurus cardiaca, a couple of days ago.
Can anyone give me a hint for an ID?
Thanks!

That's what I thought, but can we get a little closer to a more complete ID?
In any case: Cheers Jorge!!:D

Zaphne (Anthomyiidae) :)

:S I know that there are some exceptions for anal veins reaching or no the wing margin... it seems that anal veins don?t touch the wing margin. That's why I told Muscidae and not Anthomyiidae. But, I don?t know all species/genus for Muscidae/Anthomyiidae. Not easy to split them sometimes.

Anal vein not as easy character even with collected specimen, on photo we can sometimes tell that it reaches, rare that it doesn't reach.
But this fly not only has Anthomyiidae jizz, but also setae on t3 looks rather Anthomyiid-like than Muscid.
