maybe Trypeta zoe female is correct.

Female of Stemonocera spinifrons (Schroeder, 1913) -- as I can see from the enlarged head picture -- there are certainly more than 3 frontal setae arranged irregularly, so it is no Trypeta. Also, scutum has 2 short dark vittae at the neck.
