Is this one an Acrocerid? This fly has also been captured some years ago.

location: Barcelos, Portugal
date: unknown

Yes, a well known one, but I can't remember it's name currently.

Something hispanica.
The third antennal segment is typical.

wow!! one my favourite family!!!
whenever I see acrocerids I have always goosebumps on my spine! :| crazy, isn?t it? :)

Astomella hispaniae Lamark, 1816 is the only species listed in Iberfauna... ;)
