Hello Vladimir,
Well, it could be clypeatus, but that would just be a guess, Nowadays there are so many species of Platycheirus (with a lot of look alikes) that it's virtually impossible to identify it from a picture!:(

It is almost certainly
P. clypeatus, since this species is totally dominating in September, and your fly looks exactly like it. The other common species around at this time is
P. albimanus, a species with grey spots.
