Another fly, similar to the one-winged fly posted earlier. Another Coenosia sp?

I think this must be a calyptrate fly.
If it is a Calyptrate fly it can only be a Muscid.
If it is a Muscid, the general body plan suggests Coenosiinae. The strong bend in M vein suggests Muscinae. Yet no Muscinae should look like this one. So we are back to Coenosiinae. A braker of a rule?

I think this
may be one of the Siphonini - perhaps it's worth altering the title to "Muscidae/Tachinidae?" to get others to have a look?

Right, changing the title helped:
Let me give a hypothesis: this is the female corresponding to the other incredible creature from the same locality.
The head profile looks similar and the calyptrae seem to be small, don't they ?

just to confirm, this is indeed the female of Macrotarsina longimana (Rhinophoridae).
