Something in Goniini / Eryciini, the largest group in Tachinidae (so this was little information)

I think this is
Hubneria estigmenensis (Sellers, 1943). (Canadian spelling: Robineau-Desvoidy forgot the umlaut, and O'Hara and Wood did not correct his error.)

As for the nomenclature: umlauts are forbidden by the Code, that is why it is not there.
