A new friend in my garden today. Resembled very much Tachina grossa, but with yellow-brownish markings.

In Gallery I found Nowickia marklini. Could it be this fly? She was very companionable ;).

40 km NV Stockholm, Sweden.

It's certainly a Nowickia but I am not sure which one - but most likely NOT marklini or alpina because those species have dorsal marginal bristles on T2 but yours appears not to have these. I would need to key it to be sure but I think the most likely species would be N. ferox :)
