Nice fly ... at first I thought
Phryxe but then I noticed the hairs on the parafacial and I am thinking more like
Winthemia or
Epicampocera succincta. It all hangs on how many katepisternal / sternopleural bristles it has and I can't quite see that area clearly on these photos :)

With 2 katepisternals it should be a
Winthemia spp. :) but I don't know which species :(

With such a red ass, it's bound to be Winthemia.
Best guess is W. quadripustulata
