Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Which Dasyhelea?

Dear experts,

I have got a hint that this might be a male Dasyhelea. Is this right, or is even an identification on species level possible?

Observation details: Germany, Cologne garden quarter, 43m above sea level, inside building, 13.04.2016

I agree with Dasyhelea. I don't know species.
