Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Female Limoniidae wingless?

Hello,
Diptera found in a "Barber" trap in a marsh near a forest yesterday:

This is a female Limoniidae?
If so, possible to determine the genus and species?
I can redo pictures if necessary.
