Here's number 2: a fly which may (I think) be a Tachinidae. Colakreek, Para, Suriname.
Thanks in advance!

Tachinidae, maybe Dexiini. Your lights will tend to attract scarab beetle parasites.

Thanks again! Can I be sure of subfamily Dexiinae? I rather see the scarab beetles than their parasites since they are my primary research focus.

With this picture I'm not willing to commit to subfamily. There is nothing visible I wouldn't be willing to accept as convergent evolution in another lineage.

Thanks. Rather this answer than some stricter ID without proper arguments. I have no other photos of this one.
