Following European keys I get to
C. auriceps, but there there are only a few species and this species lacks basal scutellar bristle (Zeegers)(IBERIA: Girona: Beuda, 400 masl, July 19th 2015, dead in a pool)
So what could this be? Please, if there is a any more detail needed, please ask.
Rafael
Cylindromyia:

Bend of M at a right or acute angle [ERROR]
- M without a stub and prolongation

- Hind tibia with 2 pv-bristles
- Crossed apical scutellar bristles present
