Observed near Ayuttaya, Thailand, Jan. 2016.
Is Anthomyiidae correct and is it possible to tell the genus?

An acalyptrate. It reminds me of
Notiphila in family Ephydridae.

When I saw the picture I thought "that looks like Notiphila". I don't know enough about Asian Ephydridae and I don't see enough of the wing to say it probably is or probably isn't.
