Poor shot of a slighty dirty snowflake : could it be Psychoda surcoufi ?

If you put 'Psychodidae' in the title you have a better chance of Gunnar looking at your picture. ;)

Yup, this is Psychoda sigma (for which Psychoda surcoufi appears to be a synonym)
