Black midge with slend legs. Center of France (Loiret), 19.09.2015 :

Usually, identification of Phoridae from just one photo is impossible. However, this one lacks strong bristles on the frons and has slender legs, so I suppose it belongs to the same genus as mine of thread http://diptera.in...d_id=69358.

Same genus Gymnophora of course, impossible to get to species.
