Two rows of strong setae on femora 2 and 3 :
Dolichopus ?

This is a
Dolichopus. The rows of bristles on the tibiae are present in all Dolichopodinae, usually not as strong as in
Dolichopus. The distinctive character of
Dolichopus is the bristle on the hind basitarsus.
