Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Chironomidae

Hello all,

Attached below are two pics of a Chironomidae found on April 6th on the wall of my house in the suburbs of Paris, it's about 8-10 mm long... Can it be identified further?

Probably Chironomus. If not, another genus of tribe Chironomini.
