Hebecnema (Muscidae) perhaps?

Hello Krister, first an advice : for muscidae, always provide (if possible) a dorsal view, so one can see the chaetotaxy on scutum, the frons, and the possible flecks or other pattern on abdomen + a view of tibia 3 (to separate Phaonia from relative genera). Here I can see it has some dark spots on tergits, 2+2 ks setae, so Helina comes to my mind. With black wings, it could be Helina latitarsis (should have 3 post dc - not visible here, and some long hair on pv surface of hind tibia). Can you check ?

Many thanks for help and good advice - I will try to remember this!

Yes ther are 3 post dc and there are long hairs on hindtibia. I suppose you mean the hairs to the left on this picture of right hindt tibia?
