Limonia phragmitidis?

Are you sure Dmitry? 
L. nubeculosa should have  three rings on the femora and three longitudinal bands on the praescutum. I thought this might be 
L. hercegovinae!?

You're probably right Jan Willem (the number of femoral dark rings is not so clearly visible, yet pleurae with yellowish-grey pubescence which I overlooked)
