Is Hybomitra aterima correct?

Yes, that is correct.
However, I should inform you that last week I discovered that the valid name is H. auripila. As you (apparently) know, auripila and aterrima are considered two colour forms of the same species. I always followed Schacht, without thinking, in choosing the name aterrima for the species. This is probably based on page-priority (both names are published in the same book by Meigen, 1820). However, page priority is not valid, we should follow the first revisor, which is Schiner 1862, who clearly chooses auripila over aterrima.
So: H. auripila
