This is at least Streblidae as Nycteribiidae are always apterous.

Yes, it is definitely a Streblid but can this specimen be identified by its genus if possible..?

Sir Paul, it was collected from
Rousettus amplexicaudatus, Cynopterus brachyotis and Ptenochirus jagori bat species here in the Philippines.. Is it not an
Ascodipteron sp.?
