Photograph taken on 14 December, 2013, in Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.

Very tiny. Apparent size with wings, < 2 mm

Any help with ID will be most appreciated

Except dissenting opinion, I guess, as Conicera sp., I can upload to gallery.?

I don't think this is Conicera - it lacks isolated bristles on the hind tibia. I think this is probably Pseudacteon.
