Phasia sp. but possibly another related to
Clytiomya ... but needs Theo I think :)

Chris is right, no Phasia, since the topcell is open.
the vertex is much too narrow for Eliozeta.
And this seems to be the key to its Identity:
Opesia.
2-3 species in Hungary, impossible (for me) to ID from these pictures (or any other, pictures are fine !)
