It is a female Sciaridae.
If there are hairs on the fork of M and CuA1 it could be
Phytosciara cf.
flavipes. I don't see any. They may be absent, or the resolution may be inadequate to see them.
If those veins are bare it could be any of several genera.

Unable to see hairs. It is darkened but by what ?
