Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Panamese robber fly

Came across this small robber fly (approx. 10 mmm) at the island of Bastimentos, Bocas del Toro province in Panama, Feb 2012.
Any suggestions on the exact species?

This is a Diogmites litoralis male; sandy beaches along Atlantic coast of Panama and Costa Rica.

Eric, Thanks a lot for your reply. I have been posting this image on a number of other sites without getting any positive id feedback.
Based on your id, I searched the web for other pics of this specific species, but haven't been able to locate a single image. So either these are unique pics :) or I simply didn't search well enough. Do you know any sites containing images of Diogmites litoralis?
