Hello,
A Thereva (maybe ?) found in North of France in July, he measured 8-10 mm

Hell Tomas,

This is indeed a Thereva male. They are very hard to identify from photo. Even when pinned they are sometimes hard to identify. This however looks like a Thereva valida because it is so dark. But that ID is by no means certain.
