Hello,
I found this little fly yesterday in woods near Stuttgart (Germany), size 3-4mm, Clusiidae?

Looks more like a Lonchoptera sp (Lonchopteridae), maybe one of these:

Lonchoptera lutea also looks good;). Most populations of L. bifurcata consist of only females. Your specimen is a male. I don't know if males of L. bifurcata have ever been found in Germany.

In the very unlikely event of finding a male L. bifurcata the genitalia are small. this is clearly L lutea
