Hi !

Center of France 12 june 2013, near a small river, size 9 mm
Is it possible to get genus of that pretty green male
Legs are green except pale brown-grey tarsae.

My guess would be Parachironomus, with that colour pattern and size, but would need a close-up of genitalia to be sure.

A dorsal view of genitalia is needed to resolve the question. Parachironomus is one of a group of genera with very small appendages between the main claspers.
