This is right out of cocoon and is to become (in an hour or so)green metalic fly, something like muscini or lucilia, have to cool it down to get a shoot.
The buble is definitely from above antenae I seen it coming out.

That nearly vertical row of bristles above and in front of the hind leg should put it in superfamily Oestroidea.

The "bubble" is an organ called the ptilinium, which is used to crack open the pupal skin in the Cyclorrapha. It is only visible in newly hatched specimens; although traces of it remain evident as a horse-shoe-shaped scar above the antennae.
