Small fly - feeding on the carcase in a spider web - in spite of the presence of the spider. ID appreciated - Northern Thaiiand.

Milichiidae, I think. Maybe changing the title would attract the attention of specialists.

Could also be Chloropidae. There are a few chloropids coming to spider preys as well.

Without any doubt a kleptoparasitic Milichiidae [and not Chloropidae]

Looks like the posterior eye margin is indented, which would make it a
Milichiella female (Milichiidae)
