The mesonotum seems to have only very faint spots, postsutural band continuous and scutellum only dark at base………could be A. illocata, a widespread species in Oriental and Eastern Palearctic regions.
I have absolute no experience with Oriental species, but I know, in the last several years new species of Anthomyia are found, so without a male specimen and checking the genitals…..we can’t be sure at all.

I had gleaned some of that from reading - this one is in Bangkok and in the far north of Thailand - seen at dusk - ..... cf. allocata it is.
