Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Rhagionidae for ID, N Spain --> Rhagio notatus, male

Taken by Javier Soto in coastal area in Cantabria, N Spain on May the 6th 2012. I am sure it is Rhagio sp. But, can it be Rhagio notatus? It is the best that matches, but still not 100% with the information I have :( Thanks for any help :)
