This fly flew inside and landed on my computer screen. Massachusetts, USA April 28, 2011.

Should be Oecothea sp. (Mid tibia with bristles before its apical part !). Maybe the lateral habitus is available ? ANdrzej

No good lateral. A slightly different angle.
