Hello,
is it possible to determine this gnat (5,5 mm)?
I found it in a mixed wood on a brookside (near Furth im Wald, Bayerischer Wald, Germany).

Most definitely a Mycetophilidae and probably a
Mycetophila sp. but tough to say without other pics
