Hi

the first pic will be shown in a little photo exposition. Is it possible to get the ID?
With the ID I could give some informations with the pic to awake more interest.

There are more pics if other details are required.

Switzerland, 03.06.2012, near Lake Zurich, 430 msm, between gardens and a small beck.
Size: about 15-17 mm

I'll bet it's Tabanus bromius. However, there are always possibility to go wrong, when you're dealing with Tabanidae.
