I identified this specimen as a Psychodidae, but can't get further than that. Is there anyone able to put a subfamily or genus name on it? I have some more pictures with the same angle, but this one shows the wing venation and wing spots best.

Suriname, Paramaribo, IV-2012, near outdoor sink.
