Seen on 3 April 2012 in the Netherlands on woodchip layer and freshly debarked logs.

Any help for ID of this fly appreciated

Kind regards,

I think it's a Sarcophagidae :)

Grrr ... Lypha dubia is my nemesis ... I don't know why but I always have trouble spotting them :( I now look for the classic Polideini features when keying them but the hind spiracle and pteropleural bristle doesn't show well on photos :D
