I tried the key http://www.tachinidae.eu/ and chose Clemelis sp. Please, verify this id.

I doubt if there are discal setae on 3 tergite? I see some bristles but...

Well observed, I noted that as well.
However, the general picture is more Blondeliini to me.
So Compsilura would be a candidate, but eyes are bare and DC only 3 + 3.

So I left it, we'd really need better pictures
