Probably best split onto two threads, as they are unrelated flies.
I can see that the second fly is Sarcophagidae (possibly
Wohlfahrtia sp.) but I don't recognise the first. It is always difficult to identify a fly from just a lateral shot, as so much information (dorsal coloration & wing venation) are not visible.

If the first one is biting, consider
Stomoxys calcitrans.
