Please help me to identificate this diptera! Russia, Moscow region, Pushkinskiy area, 12.08.

Lauxaniidae (Minettia?)

Looks like a Calliopum sp (Lauxaniidae).

Ah ok, at least I got Lauxanid, differences between the two genera?

Thanks! If it is Calliopum maybe it is Calliopum elisae? Or there are similar species?
