Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Mycetophilidae?, Germany

found on 2012-08-29 in a forest near Marburg, central Germany, on leafs and flowers of Impatiens. I think it is a Mycetophilidae species. Regards, Ingo

The fly in the video and the fly in the photo's aren't the same flies..just saying!! Wings marked differently for starters...heads don't match, hind femur marked differently...(I need to get a life, or go to bed I think) :S

The posted pictures were taken on the same plant 1 min 32 sec (video time code) before the video clip started.

Can't make it out I'm afraid......features are blurry when I zoom in.I I ain't good enough yet. The seasoned eye of a Pete Chandler would get it. Oxycera might too....
