The hairiness (including wings) suggests Forcipomyiinae. Many
Forcipomyia have a pale spot on the front of the wing at mid-length like this fly.

Many thanks John. I have also just noticed that this nocturnal fly belongs to Forcipomyia or closedly allied genera. May a genitalic preparation be helpful in specific ID? This genus hasnot been reported from Turkey so far.

Forcipomyia is common and widespread. I do not know how to identify European species or even subgenera. The first tarsomere of the hind leg is slightly shorter than the second, and the wing has two spots in the usual places, so possibly you have something near
Forcipomyia (Forcipomyia) bipunctata (L.).

Yes, it would be helpful.
There is already known one species from Turkey (Konya) - F. koniae (Kieffer, 1918)
