Certainly Lucilia sp. A male. Without the actual specimen it is fairly impossible to name the species. The genitalia need examining for most of the species in this genus. You can rule out a few, though: L. sericata and L. silvarum have 3 pairs of postsutural acrosticals. Yours has only 2 pairs.

The large epandrium + very narrow frons suggests L. caesar.
