Hi Nikittokkk

Probably Tipula paludosa or Tipula oleracea. Paludosa has 14 antenna segments. Oleracea has 13 antenna segments.
It seems that there is not sure oleracea observation from Moscow region:

So then maybe Tipula paludosa.

The last segment is very small.
