I often see these flies in the garden. I think Linnaemya tessellans. Am I right?

I think it's more difficult than I thought.
Today I've taken more photos. I think the same species.

I wouldn't attempt to ID a dark
Linnaemya without a specimen ...
tessellans and
picta are easy with specimens but not so much with photos ;)
