Hi, found this little and thiny fly on my wall, it was running :) Someone found the genus on Flickr, maybe is it
arrogans sp.?

Genus is correct, but species ID is nearly impossible because too many details are not visible. Now, if you collected a specimen...

It was really too little, maybe with a MP-65 I can capture some other details, btw I have some fronts shots if it could help you ...
